Orlando Perrotta

New to St. Mary’s school middle school teaching team as the Social Studies Instructor, Mr. Perrotta comes from a 13 year high school college preparatory background with two years at Cristo Rey, San Jose and eleven years at his alma mater Archbishop Riordan, San Francisco. Instructing mostly in Social Science and all levels of high school Theology, Orlando has leaned on his deep faith, training and education as a graduate of the Diocese’s Institute for Leadership in Ministry. Attaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from UCLA, a Single Subject Teaching Credential in Social Science and a M.A. in Teaching from the University of San Francisco, has enabled Mr. Perrotta to instruct and prepare our middle schoolers in Social Studies presently and for their future success. As a “creative, resourceful, patient, flexible and qualified educator,” Mr. Perrotta attempts to “deliver a relatable and faith-based learning experience for young people to succeed in school and in life.”

A native San Franciscan he presently lives in San Martin with his wife and 3 children.
