Pamela Greteman

As the principal of St. Mary School and with 12 years in education, Pamela Greteman has a broad view of the academic, social and technological experience necessary for students to be successful in the 21st century. In recent years, she worked directly with teachers in the classroom finding research-based instructional strategies and engaging activities that would support student-learning outcomes.

Born and raised in Bozeman, Montana, she developed her first sense of community and the value it brings to a family. After moving around the country as a military family, she found her second community in Holy Spirit Parish in San Jose several years ago. Having experienced the benefits of a Catholic education through both of her children and other family members, she agrees with and is committed to helping students in their faith formation. She enjoys partnering with families and staff to ensure that students are able to develop their individual gifts and become active learners, people of faith and responsible citizens.

Mrs. Greteman holds Master of Science degrees in statistics and educational leadership, and a Bachelor of Science degree in math.
