Men’s Club

St. Mary School Men’s Club is a non-profit, non-political, non-partisan fellowship of men whose purpose is to organize the men of the school to foster, promote and carry out the following objectives of St. Mary School.

  • Promote the educational programs
  • Support and promote the athletic programs
  • Support select parish functions

School Advisory Council (SAC)

SCHOOL ADVISORY COUNCIL

The St. Mary School Advisory Council (SAC) is an advisory body that assists the Pastor and Principal in formulating policies that ensure a quality Catholic education.

SAC’s function and duties are:

  1. To cooperate with and support the Pastor and Principal in their roles as defined by Diocesan policies and procedures
  2. To give advice concerning operation of the school
  3. To develop and review the school’s long-range (3-5 year) plan
  4. To create better understanding and support of Catholic education
  5. To act as a public relations group in making the work and achievements of the school better known to the parish and civic communities
  6. To assist the school in the recruitment of qualified students
  7. To analyze the school budget to determine if it realistically reflects the general financial and physical needs and resources of the school
  8. To assist in an annual maintenance review of school facilities
  9. To recommend resources for development of educational programs as needed, e.g. technology
  10. To evaluate its own effectiveness on an annual basis as well as the working relationship between the Principal and SAC
  11. To recruit others to attend all fundraising and development efforts of the school
  12. To assist as needed at the request of the Principal
